Music is a common ground for all kinds of folks and that’s why The Down Home’s “come as you are” atmosphere has truly been a treasure to so many people. Established in 1976 to provide a listening, intimate setting for a wide range of artists, from Jerry Douglas, Old Crow Medicine Show, Larry Sparks to Billy Strings. We've had theater, political rallies, writer’s series, poetry slams, all night parties. Come as soon as the doors open and enjoy the ambience of a room surrounded in oak wood.
